Historical field guidance associated dual guest NICs on the same network segment with duplicate or ghost LAT services or nodes.  That topology and every LAT implementation were not revalidated for Avanti 5.1.0.

If the symptom is present, consult the LAT documentation for the installed guest release and exclude one verified interface as a diagnostic.  The following Digital UNIX example excludes tu1; the command and interface name may differ on another release or configuration.

# latcp -E tu1

Confirm that the duplicate service disappears and that the intended LAT and non-LAT traffic still works.  Restore the former setting if it does not correct the recorded symptom.
